In May 2019 after terrible body pains diagosed with advanced caner prostate with bone metastasis. He is 89 years old with no other problems. PSA was 998 and gleason score 4+3.
We started and continue till now Firmagon, Xgiva, Gasodex and Vesomni. He drinks also turmeric twice a day and i think helped a lot. Pains dissappeared after 20 days about and PSA dropped to 0.27 at end of August. He feel only fatigue on legs now.
I m wondering what will be happen in future and for how long he will be ok...???
Any suggestion maybe for leg's fatigue????

PSA drop from 998 to 0.27 is great news. That means the cancer is under control at present.
There is no definite way to know how long a person will live.
People with metastatic cancer live anywhere from 2 years to even over 10 years. .or more.
Outcome depends on many factors such as (1) overall general health (2) what type of illnesses he has and how severe (3) his diet and proper nutrition (4) degree of physical activity (5) any future spread to organs (6) how his liver and kidneys are functioning and so on and so forth.
Once again I would like to say that his current treatment has brought very good result and proof is his PSA at such a low level.
About leg fatigue....he needs to move his legs a lot or someone should help him with leg exercise to improve blood circulation and increase leg muscle strength . To be done carefully and gently as bones are not that strong as in the past.
At 89 your father is surely a miracle ...There are no guarantees for any of us once we step into the ring of APC . Cherish and love him .. Peace to your family ..
