Aberateron Acetate stopped working

Almost 3 years into this war... psa started at over 1,200 ( I think I purposely forgot the number). Went thru chemo and it dropped to .2. Casodex and then Zytiga and prednisone with Lupron shots and now psa is over 4. Doc switched to Xtandi. Coming off prednisone is causing pain at met sites, we think. Any thoughts? We will definitely take prayers! I don't write often- but appreciate you all so much!

Has he had Xofigo? It might help with the pain. There is an ongoing clinical trial combining it with Xtandi. They are hoping that using a bone-preserving agent along with them will prevent the problems seen when they combined Xofigo and Zytiga. Xofigo combines well with Provenge.
