After docetaxel and ADT, two years ago, I had my PSA level <0.04. My last PSA test, one week ago, my PSA is 0.50. Next week I visit my oncologist. May I have to be worried? Which is your experience?
PSA has increased.: After docetaxel and... - Advanced Prostate...
PSA has increased.
Many of us have experienced a rising PSA. If I had to go through it again, I would be more relaxed about small gains.
Of greater interest is the PSA doubling time [PSADT], which would affect how aggressively I would respond.
You ask: "May I have to be worried?" Worry is a curse. Discuss with your oncologist next week, and take the time to research your options. Meanwhile, smell the coffee - enjoy life.

Your PSA is still low. There are a lot of other ADT drugs and treatments. My advice as usual is keep your vitamin D3 level up.
Fortunately, there are many medicines to get your PC back under control. I'm sure your oncologist will discuss those options next week.
Worry is detrimental to our health . APC = worry from A to B ... I’m one that’s been cruising undetectable so far . If I see a rise ,I too will flip out a bit . How could we not? 🎢. Freakin mad hatters ride that we are on .... its a small rise...though ,just the thought sucks .. Good luck
Go with the flow....
75 years ago today those brave men saved our freedom, now don't let it dwindle away from us.
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
