Five months so far so good!!!

Hi all,went for my five month MO visit today blood work all normal, urine test clear, PSA 0.0 undetectable. Doc says I'm right on point and I might mention I feel great too. Zytiga is now 750 Mg. ,Prednisone and Eligard along with Xgeva injections for bone met,also used as my first line of treatment. I thought beings we are constantly hearing the sad and unwanted news from this beast of an affliction we share a little good news can be uplifting. Anyway I hope all my Brother in arms out there have a wonderful Summer God bless .

Hello from us both in the early morning. This is the happiest post (along with Nalakrats’ and gourd_dancer’s results.) Since we’re on the same combination except waiting until September to start the Xgeva, you give us so much hope.

Undetectable is the word we all are waiting for, and one less Zytiga tablet would be a financial boon. I’d do a happy dance if I could. We are ecstatic for you! We’re off to the dentist on Wednesday to get his teeth cleared for Xgeva. Go Leo! Les and Jan.

P.S. He’s putting on the toast and coffee as usual. Smelling good in the house. There was an inch and a half more rain in the gauge last night and more rain since. Weeds love it. We had a salad with fresh carrots and lettuce from last year’s garden. You’re right. It is the little surprises that mean a lot.

First line treatments Zytiga750mg.,Prednisone, Eligard six month injection, Xgeva once a month injection for bone Mets. I might add I feel better than I have in years only side effects are hot flashes which are tolerable and ED. Which is do far managed.
