Prolactin and Prostate Cancer

Patrick mentioned prolactin. Dr. Strum says PCa uses prolaction as a back door to get around ADT. The problem is insurance companies do not have cabergoline in their formulary. Humana wants $400 a bottle. I bought some from an Indian pharmacy for $60
