I have been looking at audiobooks on Spotify for anxiety and ADHD but there are so many I do not know where to start. If anyone has suggestions on good ones I would very much appreciate your help!!

Audiobooks for anxiety or ADHD
I use the apps Hoopla and Libby through my library, free! I have "Your Brain's Not Broken," and "Taking Charge of Adult ADHD," and "ADHD 2.0" saved to listen to.
I’d love to hear about these too
”how to ADHD “ is a good one, and another called “dirty laundry: how ADHD adults are so ashamed and what we can do to help”. Both are from popular you tubers I watch, but I’m still in the library waiting list to get them.
I found both of them on Spotify. If you have a premium account it gives you access to audiobooks for free for 15 hours. I use music not only as a distraction for pain and anxiety but also I believe it is similar to noise canceling technology by headphone manufacturers where soundwaves are used to cancel out soundwaves, So it helps quiet the things playing in my head 24/7. Last week Spotify sent me an email letting me know my email was successfully changed...I only have one email. I signed in and the hundreds and hundreds of songs and play.play.ists I have built over a decade were deleted...Spotify tech support spent 3 hours with me rebuilding my account from their backups...I pointed out it would be easier to not let the accounts get hacked so easily.
