I've been struggling with my ADHD a lot more lately. I am currently on medication, but I have come to the realization that I need a little more support. Anyone have any advice on how to get a Coach or support that won't break the bank or that is covered by insurance?

ADHD coach or support
ADHD coaching is not likely to be covered by insurance.
You might check your insurance to see if (mental health) counseling or therapy is covered, and if there are any counselors/therapists who specialize in treating ADHD.
Some employers offer as a benefit an Employee Assistance Plan, which offers services other than health plan services. If ADHD coaching, life coaching, or job coaching are available through such a plan, the EAP might pay for a few sessions. I was able to get counseling though an EAP at three different employers, and it's helped me a lot.
*The first one was the counselor who diagnosed my ADHD (the counselor was an LMHC, licensed mental health counselor).
.....
I also went through a 10 week ADHD coaching program, which cost a over $3000. Yeah, that was a big hit all at once, and I could only afford it at the time because I'd cashed out a retirement account to fund my cross country move. - It was a good program, and much needed for support at the time, but I'd never be able to afford it normally. The best part was being in a welcoming, encouraging ADHD peer group.
(I need to go back over the materials from that program again, now that the chaos in my life has settled down.)

There are definitely more resources than this. These are what I could think of at this time, and are resources that have helped me in the 2½ years since my ADHD diagnosis. (I've been watching the HowToADHD YouTube channel since several months before my diagnosis.)
Just google adhd coach and you'll get a ton of entries .. .in the era of zoom, you don't have to meet in person ...
Also just use old-fashioned therapy for coaching and organizational help. You have to land at the right therapist of course.
