soooo... I have a bit of an issue occurring at the moment...I have always sat there moving some part of my body...normally my feet...my wife always pulls me up on it...recently (last month or so)...since she has made it apparenta to me...I have started playplayin with my teeth to point of making my tongue super sore and bleeds from time to time... and now she is starting to notice this... I wonder whether it's my new 'Fidget' as it's totally new to me... I don't want to make a fool of myself by say 'it's my adhd' but I feel it's very relevant...any help would be appreciated!!

it’s definitely an add/adhd fidget. My partner used to play with his nipples, then he made himself stop because of judgement from others. Then he started rubbing his goatee beard with one of his hands. He has found that he has a bald spot where he was rubbing. He hadn’t been able to stop this one though, so e need to help him find a replacement fidget that works for him. Try chewelry if you want an oral fixation, or if you don’t like that idea try gum. If you need one for your feet or bottom, there are fidget disks, and there are so many fidgets for your hands. I prefer the infinity cubes or a nut and bolt usually.
