Accountability Partner

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2020 and since then It's been an up and down battle with it. I have had a therapist since then and had success with beating social anxiety, low self esteem but not much with ADHD. Currently, I work as Quality Assurance Engineer and I've been trying to just fix my work habits. My job has a lot of freedom which has helped even though I struggle with staying on top of tasks and I struggle with procrastination.

I need an accountability partner because I need someone to just keep me honest with check ins and short to longer term career goals. I would do the same as well and offer advice in areas I feel more confident in. I've had a lot of growth in 4 years like I said with different areas of my life, if interested reach out and we'll see if we are a good fit for each other.

I hear you and feel I could benefit from this too. How would we know we are compatible? What are your thoughts on what would work for you as far as being held accountable for things? As in, how many times/week or day would you want contact? I will think this through more too.

All good questions, right now I have been struggling I wouldn't mind daily but if weekly is better I can do that. In terms of compatibility I would think just being committed and flexible, and being on the same page. I don't want us to flake out consistently.

This sounds reasonable and realistic. Daily might be hard for me, but weekly or 2 times weekly could work.
