Technology and ADHD

Most children with ADHD and ASD have a difficult time keeping up with their daily life goals because their minds swing very fast from one task to another; therefore, they are not able to maintain their daily life tasks the right way. Also, even though some children with ADHD cannot keep up with their daily tasks, they finish online tasks much more quickly. They do it because they do not get bored while playing a game. Also, at the end of the game, their mind's pleasure area gets rewarded because they have to follow the rules to finish the game.

If we find a way to develop some technological devices, such as games, apps, or websites, make them positive reinforcement to finish their tasks efficiently. As we know, some of the sources are very helpful, but the issue is that most people need more information about it.

I suggested my client use a guided meditation app to meditate for 5 minutes daily, and he has been doing it. He claims his mind is less foggy and can understand others more clearly. But to do that, a person needs to make a conscious choice. They should do it repeatedly.
