Hello, Im in search of an adhd coach. I was diagnosed 4 years ago. Im 28 years old. I cannot afford to pay for an adhd coach and would appreciate any resources and recommendations. Ive been looking into coaches and they seem like they could really help me. Thanks

How to ADHD is a great resource on youtube that has specific videos on tons of different topics and symptoms, would highly recommend checking that out!

This one looks good too. She has more of a focus on relationships and offers a self-paced course. Haven’t tried it yet but I’ve seen her book.
