Technology. Help or Hindrance?

I feel the technology explosion over the last 20 years has been the bane of my ADHD brain. It started out well intentioned and somewhat useful but it is now so all encompassing in our lives that I feel like I can't escape this new frontier that has exacerbated my already scattered ideas and pursuits.

Do you feel technology has been a net positive or negative in your life in helping with ADHD?

technology is a totally negative, at least for me, yes it helps in many ways, but on the other side technology got you in their grip, well we've functioned okay before the technology came along and now your life is "kidnapped" by it

It's a Bane for me! Passwords make me want to scream.....there's too many and I never remember them! Glitching and pages not opening! Too many pages open. Expectations at work to use it all! (Nursing) gadgets. Too much choice. Arghhhh.....ahem, I do like a cordless hoover though...now that a good piece of technology 👍

yes, fully agree passwords, a disaster for me, and of course 20 or more tabs open, i have a flip phone because i could not handle the new phone technology, it is already frustrating when internet is slow or there are some technical problems with computer, phone etc.
