Recently I got prescribed vyvanse started with 40 mg and then gradually went up dosage to 70mg. Oh yeah I forgot I also was prescribed olanzepine and fluoxetine. At first it was just vyvanse, at first it was enough but I had the racing thoughts with a emotional roller coaster that wouldn’t stop but the vyvanse helped me focus and go on my day with some slight feeling of anxious/excitement or a feeling that was seeking for a thrill. I feel like the vyvanse is taking a little effect. Is it the fluoxetine and olanzepine or am I growing a tolerance to it?
