Today I feel like I’ve grown a pair of small mature balls I’m currently dealing with three months behind on my mortgage not enough money to cover my expenses this hasn’t happened to me before and taking care of this matter can feel scary but I feel strong constantly soaking in fear most of my life but I didn’t have anything to really fear before I guess it was multiple things confidence self-esteem very happy to finally feel this way now and I don’t want this side of me to go away any advice does any of this makes sense to anyone? Any thoughts Appreciated

Fear will always be there. As long as we nurture it and remind it that things will be okay. An affirmation that’s helps me when fear overwhelms me is “I am aware of you fear, I will always take care of you” take deep breaths and repeat. I also vision times of struggles where I’ve overcome it. You are resilient mama! 💚👑
