Hi! I have a 10 year old son and 13 year old daughter with ADHD. I'm trying to learn more about Executive Functioning and how to help my 13 year old.

“Smart but Scattered” by Peg Dawson is my go-to resource for this. There’s a version for teens, too. You can also search sites like ADDitudemag.com and Understood.org; both should have plenty of resources for helping to strengthen EF skills.

My 14 yo has worked closely with a speech therapist on executive function and it has helped tremendously. She has also given guidance on the 504 accommodations he needs. Strongly suggest this
