oh no! Did you have mobile (not just wireless) on?
There is a tech support email in the help files in the app. They might be able to help?
Don’t hold your breathe. When I had a problem they took almost two weeks to reply, telling me they are a very small team.
Subsequently I had a different problem. Like you my Active 10 suddenly stopped working, I uninstalled and reinstalled and lost all my data, including all my badges😢. I cannot get any of this back.
So I have abandoned Active 10 and am using Map my walk.
