started with a ten minute brisk walk about 6 weeks ago, was so unfit! But have slowly built it up and today managed 300 brisk minutes this week and a total of over 600 minutes of walking! πŸ₯³ so glad I found the app, it has really helped get me moving! My little dog is also looking much fitter too, as we had turned into a right pair of couch potatoes! Next stop the top of snowdon mountain! πŸ˜‚ I will get there!
