Hi team
People are so different, some people can lose weight easier than others. And there might also be conditions (I for instance have a thyroid condition) that can interfere with weight loss. So some walkers have lost weight easier just with adding walking, others like me, can add walking, running and rowing to their daily activities, and even despite reducing calories, watching carbs, eating healthy, see no difference in weight. But I feel so much healthier since I was able to add more exercising into my day.
So hope you might be also feeling the benefits of walking.
And just to mention, in general, making changes in nutrition will be more effective for loosing weight, than upping exercise . But exercise will make you healthier irrespective of weight. Muscle also weighs more than fat, so when you start to build muscle, you often don’t see any weight loss, as it starts to replace fat.
I think you might be already on the weight loss forum, which is a great space to explore and get ideas about weight loss. So maybe put in a question there?
So keep on keeping on, and just imagine how much stronger, healthier and fitter you are, irrespective of weight.
Happy walking!
I find that walking has toned my bottom and legs us , cellulite especially. But it takes time, good advice from CBDB x
