Day 16 is the letter L…..

Lovely weather - sunny, warm and blue skies

Lifeboat - a vital service.

Lighthouse - on a distant island. Luck - the discovery of a wonderful little cafe selling homemade, really yummy cake!

We had a day out visiting somewhere new. A gentle stroll along the beach and amble along the prom. A lovely day 😊

Coffee & cake was always on the plan but finding such a ‘gem’ of a place was definitely a bonus and worth the longish walk round the bay 👍

It was upsetting to see the RNLI though I LOVE their shops Went down to Selsey for the day on Tuesday and was so looking forward to a visit only to find Tuesday was the only day they didn't open 😥Still I overcame my disappointment with coffee and home made cake

Thank you Cat. Actually we didn’t see the lifeboat in action we passed a big RNLI shop and saw the flag flying. We often look out for lifeboat stations on our coastal walks and take photos for my sister in law (she works for the RNLI) 😊 I am glad you like my posts, thank you for your comments.
