I recently read an article about the benefits of short β€˜brisk’ walks for getting fitter rather than long slow ones (I wonder if that is the same for running πŸ€” - although I have one running pace, very slow πŸ˜‚). Tried the app today while walking the dog and was pleased to achieve 30 mins of brisk walking and a total of 45 mins walking (up hill a bit too!).

Beautiful blossom and views 😊
