Don’t forget your trusty Active10 companion app

Just a quick reminder to anyone new to walking to consider taking your Active10 app along to your walks and any challenges!

As long as you open it regularly, it will track your walks and award you badges.

And these badges are more colourful than any virtual badges we can award here on the forum. But you can get both! Just use our forum challenges to give you some more ideas to step out the door and if you launch the A10 app, you’ll get the benefit of both! VOILA!

So if you don’t have the Active10 App yet, head to nhs.uk/better-health/get-ac... for downloading.

And more information about starting to walk from the NHS is here nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/w...

So, how is your badge hunting going?

Amazing!

At the moment we only have 1000 mile per year, and 2000 mile per year badge.

Have a look here at our post describing all of our badges: healthunlocked.com/active10...

Amazing! Keep walking!

Thank you . I try for at least 150 active minutes a week but often get over 200. I never remember to post on this part only on Fit is Fun - sorry 😢

No worries. As long as these forums help with keeping us moving, it’s all good!

And you are certainly getting those minutes in! Well done!

I have just reached 20% of my Conqueror Land’s End to John O’Groats so pretty pleased with that.
