Nothing special, just taking 30 minutes out of the work day to go on a quick lunchtime walk. Feels great!

It’s good just to get away from the desk and in the fresh air. Lovely and sunny here so I will be out today.

Nice one 😁 It's a beautiful day here to, so I plan to get out with Monroe. Just finished with the LC Clinic - it's surprising how tiring going through what's happening is, so I need to rest a while first 🙄

Hope you’ve recuperated! Take it slow! You will get there!

We had our lunchtime walk midafternoon! Scenery not was nice but we had a lovely chat and got to be together on a busy day.

I always do this and it is surprising how often it is possible. There are very few days when it is raining too hard to want to go.

Yes, I used to never take the time for lunch time walks, but I recently have found a good pattern. The trick for me was to head out alone for a 30min lunch walk, which means I’m in control of time and pace, which makes it so much more manageable for me, although I miss the company. But I never could eat whilst walking, and my past fellow walkers often took longer walks as they ate their lunch.

We have to find our own ways of fitting in walking, don’t we. It’s a journey.

Well done in your walking! Just got back from mine, from a little drizzly walk. 😀

The irony is that today it is bucketing!
