🌈 Unexpected rainbows

I’ve been for a run this morning and to celebrate not having any pain, I thought I’d take myself out for an evening walk. It’s been violently raining off and on all day (as some of us know better than others Instructor57 !). The upside of this is as I reached the top of the path onto my regular run route, there were rainbows all around. It felt very appropriate given today has been a good day for injury progress!

This was just going to be a quick fifteen minutes out but it was so lovely, I ended up doubling that, and more. A nice impulse decision!

It’s always the way with weather! I makes me feel like a hero being out in the rain but I don’t like to be surprised by it!
