Early morning walk

Hi lovely morning here. 9 degrees when out this morning , didn’t realise it was cold just went T-shirt and shorts but soon warmed up. Did a 9.6 walk in 1 hour 37 mins. My route at first wasn’t very scenic along past beside the trains on to the main road and them my walk up a steeper hill and side roads. Good views from higher up and back beside the river. Took photo that looked like late evening on the riverside but it was the same time of day as the other one with the river. A lot of cloud one way. And back by some other walkers enroute home . Think they were getting morning papers and passed by the lovely garden which I think is looked after by the national trust. Back to porridge fruit and toast. Lovely and sunny 🌞 here till tomorrow I think. Have a lovely Sunday 😎

Gorgeous!!! We took our yoga practice outside this morning, so not quite as beautiful as your walk but also outside! Nice!

Yes, cooler since yesterday and overcast, but without rain. Perfect for a workout.

Glad I wasn't alone on my 8K run this morning, You had the sunnier weather it was cloudy and overcast for me after the rain last night, at least it stayed dry whilst I ran. Keep up the excellent work.
