Welcome Leah, that sounds like a good choice. The recommendation for C25K is that you should be able to walk for 30 minutes fairly briskly. The Active10 app will keep track of that for you and after a few weeks of consistent 30 minute walking 3 or 4 days a week C25K should be perfectly possible.

100 minutes of brisk walking is really good! I only started using the app yesterday but I'm enjoying it so far and I'm hoping that it's something that I can stick to after my initial enthusiasm wears off! How've you been getting on with it over the last few days?

Thank you I am really happy I hit the 250 minutes I can't quite believe it. I am really enjoying it though can already see some benefits. How are yoy finding it

I'm only on my 3rd day of having the app, so I'm still getting used to how it works, but I like having something that keeps a record of the fact that I made the effort to go out and do some exercise. Is 250 minutes your overall total so far? That's really good! I think the app is telling me that I've done 63 minutes of brisk walking so far. I did a longer walk last Thursday, but I didn't have the app on my phone then. I'm not very good with apps and technology etc, ha ha!
