I went for my long walk today 10 km in1 hour 35 mins , never have time through the week with work just do 4 km then. Up and on the way at 6.15 am , not much to see in the dark but nights getting lighter and will be lighter in morning shortly, so might get some photos of my walk then , Nice and dry not as cold as it is now . Am trying to get my steps for month with Garmin 300000 but will fall short as having to isolate back from hols and await results. Got my 5 km and 10:km with Strava badges so at least something to aim for.
Have a good weekend π

That's a power walk Doris8, 10K in 95 minutes isn't a stroll, well done, that will definitely keep you well and healthy
After my 5K parkrun yesterday I went a 8K walk this morning, my 5K run yesterday was 32.55, this mornings 5K time walking was 54.38 and finished that 8K walk in a time of one hour twenty seven minutes at an average pace of 10.30min/km, your pace would be around 9 min/km, what I call a very brisk power walk, enjoy the rest of the day π πβ
Thanks AL Morr . Well done on your parkrun quick time as well. Hope your friend Keith ok now.? Good for u doing an 8 km walk , probably more scenic than mine. Mr D having his Burns day tea earlier than 25 th. Turnip takes ages to cook, no whiskey π₯, Donβt really like the gluten free ones, so fish for me. Enjoy the rest of your day π
My friend Keith who takes me to parkruns is much better now, thanks Doris8, he ran yesterday's parkrun at Dunfermline in a time of just over 36 minutes.Yes Burns Day is this Tuesday, although I live in Scotland I don't eat Haggis or drink Whisky π₯, if you do have a Burns Supper, enjoy it.
