Did a shorter Sunday walk today in time of 68.50 . Submitted my 5km to not parkrun of 46:41. Trying a wee bit minute running in slowly. Raining when out at 6.15 am but brightened up not a rainy person. Became local legend on Strava most run on segment, that won’t last. My Spotify on podcasts am music we’re cutting out which was very annoying . Enjoy your walks 😊

I rather like that "Local Legend" feature, I got one recently - made me chuckle 😀
