I went for my 5 km morning walk I thought doing well finished in 47.26 . Synced to Garmin connect but then disaster did all the walking but hadn’t counted my steps all zero on watch So not any steps and my heart rate not on Garmin connect chart but on my watch. Gremlins on it. Last night I charged it put it back on for sleeping and noticed that sleep wasn’t on as well. Want happy bunny 🐰. I wore it to work and counting steps but not enough for my challenge need about 10000 daily so has to go out tonight and do another 4 km after on feet all day . Have got 11000 steps now. This morning had everything but steps so must have been flying my 5 km, I sure knew I walked it. Feet up now . Have a good evening 😊

Your walk wasn't a disaster you did it😃 I haven't had this problem with my Garmin and I wonder if you powered off the watch and powered it back on again and then resync with the app, this technique generally works with most electronic devices.

Not sure but I switched it off and it reset to today’s date. It still had yesterday’s steps and calories etc . Only had 5000!when came home from work so needed a few to make up . I’ll make sure all working properly before I go in future. 😂
