I agree HOBIEONE. I think we often think of exercise as being good for the body, but forget it's so good for our head as well. I've been trapped mostly inside the past bit (I'll make a post on it) and I definitely notice a dip in my mood. Happy walking.
Yes, HOBIEONE . Walking on the beach or in general is great for the entire body. I try to walk around all the time.😀👌

I totally agree, I have gone from someone who never used to exercise outdoors to someone who hates exercising indoors now, just can’t get enough. 😀.
For the past 3 months, I have had problems walking after a fracture. I carried on walking, but just a bit, more slowly and it wasn’t very enjoyable. Then one of my dogs had ligament problems and walks have had to be suspended, it’s been 3 weeks now and, gosh, the dogs show it in their behaviour. They are utterly depressed, so, yes, walking does you good. The old expression, blowing the cobwebs out of your brain rings very true. It’s good to have a bit of a sing song as well!!!😁

Indeed! I unfortunately have a tune that keeps coming into my head, it’s “staying alive” by the beegees! Still, I get away with it, not meeting too many peeps on my walks!
At times you have to not take things to seriously. Really good for YOU. Being a little mad is great ! Keep at it annie.
Absolutely true HOBIEONE - I've just started walking again after a three week lapse and it's wonderful how quickly my mood has lifted!
