Sorry you have been feeling low. a walk at lunch tomorrow will help get those endorphins going and help to make you feel a bit better. If you have a camera phone why not think of looking out for a picture to take that makes you smile and then come back on here and share it with us. Will that sort of thing help you get out there for your lunch break? Take care and enjoy your walk.
Oh Margaret Lee, the sliding back syndrome gets us all sometimes! But you are not alone! Today, I will walk at lunchtime, so that, in spirit at least, I am walking with you. But I'm only a 1500 stepper - so any further than that and you'll have to wave goodbye! Good luck
You will not regret going for a walk at lunchtime and even if you are unable to do that maybe if you have time go for an evening walk. Any exercise is incredibly good for not only the body but also the mind, believe you me. When I feel low and then get out in the fresh air I feel so much better.
