Since the last update, the app has stopped recording every walk, whether brisk or other. On four separate days in the last two weeks, the app has recorded only some of the walking.
Does anyone know how to report this, so it can be fixed via the next upgrade?

Hi beachcomer99 - so sorry that you're having trouble with the app. It seems quite a few walkers are struggling with it. I don't use the app personally as I'm an aging technophobe! However, if you go to the pinned posts and open Help and support for the Active app and scroll down to the bottom, there's a link to the tech site where you can report your problem.
