Losing weight

I was 21 stone, and my health was suffering. I had knee problems which meant exercise was nearly impossible. Finally, I lost enough weight to have surgery and now I've lost 5 stone (70 pounds). I have hit a bit of a plateau though - so walking and doing the Active 10s seems a good idea.

Welcome. I think you'll find the Active 10 goes really well with your lifestyle. I find the more I move, the better I eat and vice versa. It's been a positive feedback loop of healthy lifestyle changes for many of us here.

Congratulations on such a great weightloss. Exercise is so helpful in getting the pounds off and keeping them off, along with a healthy lifestyle as runswithdogs says they seem to go hand in hand.

DoctorDNS, congratulations on the amazing results in weight loss. My weight loss goes slowly because of knee pain from arthritis, which prevents me doing longer stretches. The thing is not to worry - to enjoy feeling fitter and lighter.
