I came upon the Active 10 app a few weeks ago and have been using it to boost the amount of brisk walking I do. I walk my dog twice a day and have found setting goals on Active 10 really helps me walk faster for longer. I love it!

Hi JLos - welcome to our forum! I'm so glad you've found us! I love the Active 10 programme too - I've been following it for 10 months now and the difference it's made to my life is immense. Post often - you'll get lots of support from our lovely members!
Thanks I will - Did 107 mins total today with 79 brisk! Happy with that.
Setting and tracking goals is so huge. When I don't track my progress, I find it so easy to drift into less activity. Seeing numbers on a page really motivates me.
