The competitive me was unshackled again today. Walked the Stanford Dish, 3.61 miles in 57.54 minutes. 34 floors. Average heart rate of 124pm (peak: 154bpm) ought to make my doctor happy.

Svgeeks,

Awesome 👏 job on your walk. I haven't been able to get out until today due to our weather. I made up for the past 3 days and did 4.13 miles in 76 minutes. I looked the Stanford Dish and it looks like a nice place to go. I wish we had something like that where I live. I look forward to see your next post.

Schele,

Those are very impressive numbers. Keep going. Parking near the dish can be hard to come by although there is continual churn. It is easier on weekends when the teacher parking spots at an elementary school nearby become available. I am trying to get into the habit of walking it at least once a week.

That is impressive, I'm sure it makes for a nice walk viewing the scenery. I walk throughout our neighborhood. I went today and could only manage to do 2.80 miles in 43 .minutes.
