It was a bit chilly, windy morning. Attended a half-hour group meditation session after a long time. Hoping to get into the habit and to settle my mind down a bit. Walked mostly in a park (photo) near my home in the afternoon.

You are doing great. I wish we had a mediation group here in our park. I did walk to day and I did great. You have been motivating me to push harder. I will try and post today's progress.
