Been doctors got sinusitis and viral infection on light exercise till my body heals itself otherwise it’s complete rest feel defeated

Oh Titch, sorry to hear you're not too well. But please don't feel defeated! I haven't been out for 3 days, because of health issues - sometimes you've just got to roll with what life throws at you! There are times when the body decides it wants a rest - so try to be positive and look forward to feeling refreshed when the virus passes.
