I’m new too! Was back at work today but did manage a walk round the block at lunchtime and have done an hour’s training tonight. I guess we literally have to take it one step at a time! (Sorry!)
I fit in a walk today at lunch too. Good thing because I was pooped for my first day back at work by the time I got home.

Hi well I didn't manage a walk out today , but I walked up and down stairs 5 times instead

Well it's at four , I've managed to walk outside, only round the block but will do it again tonight. Is there a pedometer app I can get on my phone to record my steps .
Well done for getting out! There are loads of apps, but another member will have to advise you of a good one - I'm a total technophobe I'm afraid, and count my steps as I walk! You could try the Active 10 app(?)
