Welcome Mazzy! Sounds like you've started off the new year with a bang - well done! 10 000 steps on the 2nd of January is impressive! Good luck on your journey to being fitter and healthier.

Thank you, lets hope it continues. I was able to take the window of opportunity today when the rain stopped to get my step count up.
