Morning striders- sat on train to work and Fitbit tells me I did 70k steps last week - so am glad I am keeping to the 10k a day. Mainly due to a short walk to and from work and bits in between! Cannot do long walks any more due to a chronic illness but this will dome! Good luck this week 🙂
Well done Kath, that's really good as it's not easy to do 10,000 steps a day.
I've done approximately 17,000 today albeit that's not every day but I wish it was. I also use an exercise bike when I can't go out, I do keep fit most days.
Wow that is amazing - that is good going. It definitely makes a difference. Since I started my new job in July and walk 20 mins x 2 every day I have noticed a great improvement in my overall wellbring - as my chronic illness was very tiring before then.
Keep it up you are doing really well! 🙂
I haven't walked that far today but have been on the exercise bike, used weights for my arms, used a roller for my tummy and done some plank exercises. As you get older it certainly gets harder.
Well done to you though, particularly as you have a chronic illness
Alicia
Thank you - it's in its early stages so I am trying to ignore it! I do Pilates and the plank is definitely the way forward!
Here's to a good day tomorrow for us both! 🙂
