No Hill Today

Oh dear, I was so g'd up to climb the hill today, but it's not going to happen. I've got a really bad arthritis flare up - even my hands are not co-operating! It's SO frustrating! I'm not sure I'm capable of walking at all today, so I'll try to do a bit of time on my exercise bike and walk the hill as soon as I'm able to. So very disappointing - the best laid plans of mice and men(and women!) hey?!?

There will be another day. That's the great thing about exercise it waits for you to be ready. The weather here has changed dramatically over night, is it possible that that could play havoc with your arthritis. You have such determination I'm sure a day off will not deter you on your journey, enjoy your day off and see how you feel tomorrow.

Take care

Drat that stinks Kay. My joints flare up from time to time and it really throws a wrench in my plans. It's a great idea to switch to the bike. I find a little gentle movement helps me keep a little limber. Hopefully your flare doesn't last long and you can have another go at the hill.
