Late weigh in

Having spent the week looking after my daughter post tonsillectomy and my Grandson, there has been little weighing, calorie counting, or writing down my food choices. But I'm pleased to say that weighing as I have just got home ( normal weigh day Thursday's) I am 2 lb lighter! That's half a stone in 2 weeks and now puts me at 16 stone.

I have tried to make good choices, eat smaller portions and only eat when I'm hungry. So now I'm home time to get back to weighing etc and after this weeks exam start increasing my exercise!! πŸ˜€πŸ˜Š
