Rusty in the poppies

Just back from Portugal and more pastel de nata than were good for me. Back on track with a wonderful walk in Stanmer Park. 24,000 steps, 10 miles and 140 floors. Rusty as usual took it all in his stride and posed in the poppy field for me. Daisy1925

Where I go, he goes! Thinking of getting him his own Fitbit. He is definitely a great personal trainer! Daisy1925
