walk4life.info/ has full OS Explorer map coverage. There's a subscription if you want to draw and save routes (I don't do this any more as I am always looking for new) but no charge to view the maps and other people's routes they've shared.
A bit of research on the internet, the relevant map in the rucksack and I'm off. Quite often I set off to a nice looking area and just follow the public footpath signs. Bavaria is fortunately criss-crossed with well sign-posted walks and I love exploring new areas! Fortunately we also have some very good friends who love hiking aswell.
I have a little book of local pub walks which are all circular. Our council posts up circular local, walks too, all in PDF format for printing off
I have a lovely set of pit trails near me upon which to lose myself either on foot with the dog, running or cycling. They use old pit railway lines and you can head off in all directions exploring ๐ Some lovely ponds on them ๐
