I have recently got a wonderful job, but I am worried to not successful on it as it needs lots of concentration and energy. I have been always suffering from loss of energy and concentration. I am always tired and feel that want to go to bed. Always having like tightness in my chest. Some times I have Amoxil , and it helps me but I don't want to be dependent on it. I really need advice, suggestions,... anything to help

how much physical exercise do you have - if not much why not try some light jogging, say half a mile 3 times a week.
