hi i am on medication sertraline but i want to improve my anxiety havent been out properley in a long time and i want to try and go town on my own on the 10th of this month as my other half is out in london does anyone have any tips for some anxiety relief u do keep trying to meditate but finding it hard to clear my mind i always end up getting distracted and also i dont have any friends where i live in bedford so find it hard to make friends and go out i feel quite lonely in that sense x
