Peri menopause

Hello,

I’m new here and have so many questions about this crazy thing called menopause! I’m honestly lucky. The horror stories I’ve heard from friends and co workers about hot flashes and off kilter mood swings. For me, so far, besides the difficulty to lose weight and a weird belly pooch. Now I just started to notice I’m developing wrinkles in my eyelids 😭 and my chest is starting to wrinkle fast. I’ve had smooth skin forever now all of sudden I look like I’ve aged overnight. Anyone have the same sudden changes in skin? And what helped for you? Thank you!!

I never knew perimenopause existed till I got to 50. Never heard the word ever. I've noticed the skin on my hands and feet is thinner
