Severe burn scar

my niece who is Irish burned her hands from an oven at Christmas, it left her with very bad scars, she is currently living in Oz and feels the sun is affecting it also. Any advice please.The picture looks like false tan gone wrong but just to say she doesn't have tan on

Try dermatix or some silicon gel or silicon sheets/dressing

🤔If she lives in Australia….it’s likely she’ll have access to different treatment to deal with scarring.
