Hi I’m 21 years old, and recently I was involved in a traffic accident, leaving me with a 2-3 cm wide and quite deep wound just above my eyebrow. I’ve asked every doctor I visited about the procedures I should follow during the healing process, but none of their answers have been satisfying. My wound has no stitches, but I’m seeking sincere advice on creams or supplements I should apply during the healing process and afterward. Scars make me very self-conscious, and my access to medical support is limited. Are there others here facing a similar issue? The serious question is what types of creams and supplements are essential for the wound while it’s healing. I’m looking forward to your answers.

I’d try using some steri strips to pull the wound together thus reducing the size of the scar. Once the wound has sealed try bio oil or something like dermatix, good luck!

🤔 I’d follow Medical advice, especially if it’s a facial wound. You could end up making the situation worse by handling it yourself.
The wound looks open to me I agree with 110201 s suggestion of strips to close it - these won't leave a scar like stitches
Then later when it has healed you could apply natural vitamin e every day to help the scar dissappear
I've recently had an operation leaving me with a scar above my eyebrow. Once healed I started scar massage everyday to break up scar tissue, and started using silicone tape/sheets constantly which has helped and will continue to help with fading. We have to remember time will be the thing that helps the most but it's hard to wait! They will become much more faded over time.I've been using silicone scar sheets from amazon cut to size. And have been using Medik8 retinal 3 a few times a week as my friend who knows skincare recommended me.
