Help with piles ... AGAIN

I had a very stubborn pile a few months back and took ages to go it eventually did . Then I've noticed I got one again or possibly is it the same one . My diet is mainly plant based . I eat a lot of grains and veggies bran flakes etc but I have a real trouble with my stools they are very hard and pellet like but not small like rabbits. I am awful for having m to strain and notice the pile is bleeding . I started back on the creams again but now dread going to the toilet. I don't know what I am missing in my diet to make me go normally again . I used to go absolutely fine give or take the odd stubborn one .I find it is becoming a "thing " and turning into me thinking or over thinking the situation like bowel cancer etc I have awful medical /health anxiety and don't go to the GP I feel like I haven't emptied properly and always feel like I need to go 90% of the time I don't until the next day . Feeling a bit 😕 over it all . I just want some advice or anyone else that has had this type of thing . I don't want to go to the GP.

Well I’m sure in the back of your mind you know you have to go to the GP ! You need to get checked out rather than self diagnose, just in case something needs treatment. Your GP will have dealt with this a million times before so no need to feel embarrassed or awkward.
