Pile ? Here again

I've wrote a fee things about this pile and I just wanted some more advice. So my pile that was a stubborn one had for about 3 weeks decide finally to go back inside. I stopped using the cream because I didn't want it to do any damage . My stools now feel like when I go something is blocking it and I feel like I don't empty completey . I've never had any pain with this pile or bleeding but now after a stool it did bleed . I am trying my best to get more fibre in and have changed things around what I am eating etc . Question is do I start using the cream again ? There wasn't a lot of blood or continued blood it was one wipe and it's gone sorry tmi but I feel like it's an never ending story

I have had piles for years, you could try drinking more water say when you are having a meal. There is no harm in using the cream again and if this a really stubborn pile then see the dr and they will probably refer you to have a banding procedure. It doesn’t take long they put a elastic band around the pile which then after a while falls of, it smarts a bit but the procedure is quite quick.
